Coach Rants: “But coach, it’s raining!”

The conversation goes something like this:

Athlete:  “It’s supposed to be cold and rainy this weekend. How should I adjust my training?”

Coach: “Uh . . . perhaps you should Hasten To Find your Umbrella.“

Athlete:  “My umbrella?”

Coach:  “Never mind.”
