Congratulations to Adela Moore and Kemp Conrad this week!
Adela raced the Portland Half Marathon and finished in a strong time of 2:38. If you ever get a chance to do a running race in Portland, do it! Oregon might have the best running culture in the country and the weather is perfect for it!
Kemp added another Memphis, TN, event to a summer race series and finished the 10-miler in an impressive 1:10. This was fast enough for 1st Master and 6th overall!
