My, my, my, catching up on race results for the last couple of weeks. This is what happens at the start of the new school year!

From two weeks ago, Frank Smith raced the Tunnel Vision Marathon in Washington and finished in 4:29 over the challenging course–the race included 3,000’ of climbing! He also took 23rd in his AG and kept his monthly marathon streak alive!

Kathy Stanley, Dan Streeter, and Terry Crowley raced the Mountain Man Olympic Tri in Flagstaff. Kathy finished in 2:49 taking 1st in her AG! Dan finished in an impressive 2:19 that was fast enough for third overall and 1st Masters!! Terry finished in 3:07 and took 6th in his AG!

Mary Monell raced the 70.3 distance at Mountain Man and finished the demanding course in 7:40. Mary will be racing the Waco 70.3 later this fall. Way to go Mary!

Moving forward a week, Toby Baum ran the Castle Peak 100K run in Lake Tahoe, CA this past weekend. Toby finished in an impressive 19:57 on a mountainous and rugged course!

Camelback Coaching alum, Kory McCarthy, raced the Maine 70.3 and finished in a sparkling time of 4:36. His run split was 1:29! This performance was good enough for 6th in his AG and 24th overall!

Rebecca Felmly (pictured) raced the swim portion on a relay at the Anthem triathlon. Her team finished in 3rd place! The very next day, she put in 15 miles in the Jackrabbit Jubilee! So, a busy weekend for her!

Finally, we have two athletes racing in Europe this coming weekend. David Hay is representing the United States at the ITU Age Group World Championships in Switzerland. David is racing the Sprint Tri. And Liz Flint is racing close by in the Austria 70.3. Good luck, guys!!
