Congratulations to our athletes who keep putting it out there. Who continue to train day after day with either no event on the horizon, or if anything, just a virtual one. But we do have actual races from time to time, and last weekend, two of our CC athletes took advantage. Joan McGue raced the Anthem 5K and finished in 31:04, taking 3rd in her AG. Frank Smith actually ran something shorter than a marathon and clocked a 23-minute 5K in Ohio. Great job, guys!
