This was a weekend for long course racing! Lisa Zeschke and Kirk Lacko raced the tough course at IM Lake Placid. Lisa came home in 15:55 completing her fourth Ironman. Kirk finished in an impressive 11:54 on the hilly course., In the Pacific Northwest, Peggy Ullman raced the ChelanMan ½ IM and finished her first ½ IM race in 7:08. Well done!
