Great weekend for racing! Congratulations to Laura Miles who placed 1st overall female at the JCC Sprint Tri. Laura is racing the Boston marathon in April. We also had athletes racing the Valley of the Sun Stage race, RAGNAR relay, and the Cave Creek 12K trail run.

Steve Carlson – 1:14, 3rd in AG, 4 min faster than last year.
Bo Micek – 1:38, 7th in AG. Bo is racing IMAZ in Nov.
Cave Creek Trail Run 12K
Jona Davis – 1:07 – 2nd overall female. 3 min faster than last year! Jona is racing the ITU Sprint Distance World Champs in Canada later this summer.
Joan McGue – 1:42. Joan is racing IMAZ in Nov.
